Strong wrists, forearms and fingers are essential for developing effective hitting, fielding and throwing skills. The NEW and IMPROVED ROLLEYSuper Rolleyis made of quarter inch black urathane tubing covering a cast aluminum hollow pipe, 300 lbs. tested nylon rope, and comes with two 2 1/2 lbs. Players 12 and under should start with the 2.5 pound weight and stay at that weight until they reach the age of 13. Players 13 and older can start out with both 2.5 lbs. weights, making sure the forearms and wrists are ready for the weight. Daily repetitions (50 is suggested) will help add arm strength and give greater bat control.

The Ultimate Baseball Training System created this Hompe Plate as an important tool to help the player better understand the distance of his stance from the plate, the width of his stance, activity of feet, knees and hips, and most importantly, the proper contact of ball in the various hitting zones in front of the plate. The Home Plate is made of plastic material that allows the plate to be slightly flexible but cannot be folded or rolled.

The Utimate Baseball Training System created the Strike Zone for practice, and constant repetitions of swings in front of our Strike Zone, the hitter will gradually develop better pitch selection and raise his batting average significantly by defining his own personal strike zone and the proper method for successfully hitting pitches in various hitting zones in front of the plate. The Strike Zone is made of water-proof oil cloth, showing the three-colored zones as the Home Plate plus balls drawn at random which represent curve balls, fast balls from right, and left handed pitchers. The Tru-Toss uses a manual release lever that you tap with your bat when ready. You have a full 4-5 seconds to get set before the ball rebounds into your hitting zone. It's amazing! We have taken a steel frame and placed an 11' square tightly strung racket in the center. The racket pivots and has adjustable knobs. This allows you to adjust the angle with which the ball comes off the rebounder into the hitting zone. You can raise up the ball release unit and add angle to the rebounder to do 'back toss or curve ball drills'.
